Make a stop along the Francigena road to discover the typical aromas and flavors of our land. Our signature wine tour takes guests through a visit to the cellars, followed by a rich tasting of our products.
Meals:A large platter of our Mangalica cold cuts, accompanied by a selection of local cheeses, and bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil from our own production.
Description
The tour is divided in two parts: a guided visit of the wine cellar to learn about the entire production process “from vine to wine”, followed by a tasting of all products from our land:
- View of our historic vineyard
- Tour from the winery to the barrel cellar built inside a millennial Etruscan cave overlooking the beautiful city of Orvieto
- Tasting of 3 wines, accompanied by a large platter of our Mangalica cold cuts, a selection of local cheeses and bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil from our own production.
